A set of reference parameters for high aluminum galvanizing of scaffolding

Scaffolding material thickness: 3.5mm:

Plating solution ingredients: zinc chloride about 120g/L, ammonium chloride about 80g/L

Plating solution temperature: within 65℃

Iron salt in plating solution: within 5g/L, of course not the best, unlikely
galvanized tin sheets
High aluminum anti-leakage plating agent: must be more than 1.5% of the rinsing water

High aluminum anti-leakage plating agent: pH cannot be lower than 1.5

High aluminum anti-leakage plating agent soaking time: 20~40s;

Zinc liquid composition: nickel 0.02% or more; aluminum 0.04% or less; iron 0.03% (maximum melting degree at zinc liquid temperature)

Zinc liquid temperature: 438~440℃ [Regardless of color difference, increasing the temperature can save the amount of nickel alloy]

Coating effect: The surface of the galvanized layer is smooth, and the thickness of the zinc layer is within 50 μm.
