5. Scratches in the curing furnace, objects in the furnace sagging (rare) and scratches on the front due to excessive tension. This usually refers to excessive tension when replacing thick materials with thin materials.

7. The squeeze roller is scratched. Usually when the squeezing roller does not rotate

8. The exit section is scratched by foreign objects. There are foreign objects on the exit guide plate. The back of multiple fingers or scissors scratches the surface of the color plate.

9. The S roller is scratched, and the water-cooled squeeze drying effect is not good. The water is brought into the S roller, and the tension in the furnace body is too different from the tension in the outlet loop, causing the S roller to slip.

10. The plate temperature of the initial coating curing oven is not enough, the paint is not cured well, and the rocking roller sticks off the back paint before water cooling.
