What does galvanized coating G90 Z275 mean?
G90 coating adds approximately 1.6 mils (0.0016 inches, or 42 microns) to the overall thickness of the coated panel. This means approximately 0.0008 inches (21 microns) of zinc on each surface so that the coating is applied evenly to both sides of the board. G90 coating is equivalent to domestic z275, and z275 coating is also equivalent to G90. The two represent the same meaning, but they are expressed in different ways.
