What is color-coated board?
Color steel plate (also known as: color plate, color coated steel plate) is based on cold-rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate. After surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), it is coated with a layer of roller coating. Or a product made from multiple layers of liquid paint of different colors, baked and cooled. Application areas of color-coated coiled sheets:
(1) In the construction industry, roofs, roof structures, rolling shutter doors, kiosks, blinds, guard doors, street waiting rooms, ventilation ducts, etc.;
(2) Furniture industry, refrigerators, air conditioners, electronic stoves, washing machine casings, petroleum stoves, etc.;
(3) Transportation industry, car ceilings, back panels, hoardings, car casings, tractors, ship partitions, etc. Among these uses, steel structure factory buildings, composite panel factory buildings, and color steel tile factories are mostly used. The process flow of color-coated coiled sheets:
