Color-coated steel sheets (commonly known as color-coated PPGI) are based on galvanized steel sheets (hot-dip galvanized GI, electro-galvanized) and galvanized steel sheets, etc., after surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), using roller coating. A board obtained by applying one or more layers of liquid paint of different colors, baking and cooling.

3. Color-coated substrate
1. Hot-dip galvanized substrate: Zinc content Z06 Z12, Z18, Z25, Z27
2. Al-zinc plated substrate: AZ150, AZ100, AZ50 containing 55% aluminum and 5% aluminum-zinc.
3. Electro-galvanized substrate; surface -P, -M
4. Cold-rolled substrate: produced by very few manufacturers (GNEE produces it)
(The surface of the substrate used for color coating is preferably not passivated, not oiled, and has not been treated with fingerprint resistance. The commonly referred to as color coating generally refers to hot-dip galvanized substrates)

Coating structure:
1. Two-coated and two-baked (2/2) corrugated tiles (corrugated boards) are not suitable for sandwich boards.
2. Second coating ~ baking (2/1): composite board (sandwich board)
3. Two coatings and one baking belt M (2/1M) can be used for both corrugated board and sandwich board.
4. One coating and one baking (1/1): The most typical example is Taiwan Changwei
5. Other special requirements: such as 2/0 (currently produced by our company is 2/1M)
