GNEE recently received a visit from a group of Kazakhstan customers to complete their pre-painted aluminum coil orders. The customers are mainly responsible for the construction materials industry, and they are looking for high-quality color-coated coil materials for their new construction projects, focusing on durability and aesthetics.
The pre-painted aluminum coils supplied by GNEE are AA3003 grade, a widely used alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, formability and strength. The customer's order includes coils with thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm and widths up to 1,250 mm, which are mainly used in building roofs, cladding and facades.
Each coil from GNEE undergoes a meticulous pre-painting process involving multiple layers of coating. The base layer consists of a primer for adhesion enhancement, followed by a topcoat, which is available in a variety of colors and finishes to meet the customer's specific design requirements. The surface treatment includes a PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) coating, which is durable, UV-resistant and color-retaining, ensuring that the material retains its vibrant appearance for a long time.
The Kazakhstan customers visited GNEE's factory production facilities and observed the advanced machinery and strict quality control procedures that guarantee the high standards of pre-coated aluminum coils.
