Cut C Cores(CD Cores)are produced in four standard ranges – Chinese,British, European Continental and American – all of which can be supplied to various electrical specifications. The cores covered by these standard ranges can be supplied with short despatch times.

Non-Standard Eletrical Steel Wound C Cores(CD Cores)
Cut C Cores(CD Cores) can be manufactured outside the physical dimensions of the standard ranges for special applications. It is however,advantageous to utilise the standard ranges whenever practicable to obtain price and delivery advantage.

Application Information

Strip Wound C Core or CD Core is widely used in split transformer as the soft magnetic cores.Electrical Silicon Steel has high saturated flux desity over 2T and is quite suitble low grade and high burden split transformers and nanocrystalline is more suitable for higher grade applications.
