3. Quenching

5. Fine grain strengthening solution

The fine grain strengthening solution is a process of heating the hot-dip galvanized strip to obtain a zinc non-ferrous metal coating.

1) Improve the surface flatness of galvanized steel sheets. After finishing, the flatness of the galvanized steel sheet is improved to a certain extent, and the corrugation of the galvanized steel sheet is partially eliminated. At the same time, the slag particles or other uneven spots on the surface can also be smoothed to make the surface smoother. Leveling.

(2) Adjust the surface roughness of the galvanized steel sheet surface. By controlling the surface roughness of the bare metal work roll, the original uneven surface roughness of the galvanized steel plate surface can be adjusted to a certain range. This can improve the product's sprayability and wettability during processing.

(3) Improve the surface color of galvanized steel sheets. For products with small zinc flakes and no flakes, galvanized steel sheets can obtain a smoother and more uniform surface through finishing. For some private enterprises to use large spangle products as color-coated substrates, the protrusions and different smoothness of the spangles produced by the crystals of the large spangles can be smoothed and consistent, making the spangles more blurry. It is useful for covering zinc spatter when spraying.

(4) Improve the production and processing characteristics of galvanized steel sheets. Through smoothing, the compromise platform of the galvanized steel plate can be reduced or inconspicuous, which can avoid causing metal slip lines in subsequent processing.
