1 The crane lifts the steel coil to the entrance saddle, and the coiling trolley takes the steel coil from the saddle and sends it to the uncoiler drum
2. The uncoiler rotates, the uncoiler knife swings up, and the strip steel head enters the pinch straightening machine.
3. The strip runs forward, and the tail of the upper strip and the head of the lower strip are sheared and welded on the narrow lap welding machine.
4. After alkali spraying, alkali brushing, electrolytic degreasing, water brushing, spray cleaning and drying, the strip enters the entrance looper.
5. The strip steel enters the vertical reduction annealing furnace through the correction roller, steering roller and tension roller.
6. After heat treatment in the annealing furnace, the strip steel enters the zinc pot along the furnace nose.
7. There is a layer of zinc liquid on the surface of the strip when it comes out of the zinc pot. The excess zinc liquid is blown off by the compressed air sprayed by the air knife to ensure a uniform thickness of the zinc layer.
8. The strip steel enters air cooling and then enters the water quenching tank for cooling.
9. The strip steel passes through the finishing machine and tension leveling machine, and then enters the chemical treatment section for passivation treatment (Line 5 is fingerprint-resistant)
10. The strip enters the outlet looper. After inspection and oiling, the outlet looper enters the coiler for coiling. When the required coil weight is reached, it is divided into coils.
11 The unloading trolley unloads the steel coils from the coiler, and the overhead crane lifts the steel coils to the finished product warehouse for packaging.
