According to the net weight of the zinc layer, it is divided into: pure zinc surface layer is divided into: 100/100 (the net weight of the zinc layer is less than 100 grams/m2),

120/120, 200/200, 275/275, 350/350, 450/450, 600/600;

Zinc non-ferrous metal surface layer is divided into: 90/90

(The net weight of the zinc non-ferrous metal layer is less than 90g/m2), 100/100, 120/120, 180/180;

According to the surface structure, it is divided into: normal zinc flower Z, small zinc flower X, smooth zinc flower GZ, zinc non-ferrous metal XT;

According to process performance, it is divided into: Group I (I), Group II (II);

According to the specification precision, it is divided into: advanced precision A, general precision B;

According to the metal surface treatment, it is divided into: chromic acid passivation treatment L, oiling Y, chromic acid passivation treatment plus oiling LY.

GNEE Phase II hot-dip galvanizing is produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing of cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel on 2030 generator sets, and is used for general purposes or structures.

The supply scope of the second phase hot-dip galvanizing: thickness (0.3-0.3) total width (800-1830) length (plate 1000-6000, coil inner diameter 610) mm.

The second-stage hot-dip galvanizing is divided according to the surface structure: Z indicates normal spangle, N indicates zero spangle, X indicates small spangle, and G indicates smooth spangle.

The second phase of hot-dip galvanizing is divided into metal surface treatments: L indicates chromic acid passivation treatment, Y indicates oiling, LY indicates chromic acid passivation treatment + oiling

Mainly to reduce or prevent white rust during transportation or storage.
